This training is designed for Scrum Masters, team coaches, and facilitators who want to use LSP to strengthen team development and achieve deeper insights.
You will learn how the LSP method works, what it takes to facilitate a session, and how to integrate this playful yet serious tool into your own practice. With ample opportunity for practice and experience, you will discover how, with LEGO, you not only build models but, more importantly, build trust, understanding, and collaboration within teams.
With practical tools and inspiring examples, you will be ready after this training to professionally apply LSP for team development, retrospectives, vision development, or decision-making.

Training Duration
One half-day (morning or afternoon).
If you want a more in-depth session or wish to use LSP for specific goals (such as team vision or strategy), a customized full-day training is also possible.
