Your workday is filled with tasks, meetings, messages, requests, and unexpected interruptions. You want to be productive, but often find your plans don't go as expected. In this intensive, small-group training, you'll learn how to create more clarity, focus, and calm in your work. You'll discover the principles behind effective planning, concentration, and productivity, and immediately apply them to your own work situation. We won't just look at general techniques, but specifically at what works for you: your tasks, patterns, work context, and tools.
The training takes place in a small group of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 participants. This allows for ample personal attention, a safe learning environment, and in-depth exploration. You'll learn from the trainer, from practical exercises, and from the experiences of other participants.
Afterwards, you'll leave with concrete techniques, greater insight into your own work patterns, and a personalized approach to working more productively with less stress.
