In this intensive, small-group training, you'll learn how to create more clarity, focus, and calm in your work. You'll discover the principles behind effective planning, concentration, and productivity, and immediately apply them to your own work situation. We won't just look at general techniques, but specifically at what works for you: your tasks, patterns, work context, and tools.

The training takes place in a small group of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 participants. This allows for ample personal attention, a safe learning environment, and in-depth exploration. You'll learn from the trainer, from practical exercises, and from the experiences of other participants.

Afterwards, you'll leave with concrete techniques, greater insight into your own work patterns, and a personalized approach to working more productively with less stress.

Introduction

We start with an introduction and an active exercise that immediately demonstrates why planning and productivity often turn out differently in practice than on paper.

You explore the difference between being busy and working productively. We also look at common causes of stress: loose ends in your mind, unclear priorities, interruptions, procrastination, and the expectations of others.

Being busy vs. Being productive

You learn how to get everything that demands attention out of your head and make it concrete. We work with the principles of a good task list and look at the difference between tasks, projects, ideas, and appointments.

You apply this to your own situation. There will also be an opportunity to look at the tools you currently use, such as your calendar, inbox, task app, project tool, or note-taking system.

Taking control of tasks

A good plan helps you stay on track, but it must also be flexible enough for the reality of your workday. You learn how to translate tasks into time, attention, and energy.

We explore how to create a plan that fits your work rhythm, responsibilities, and environment. We also discuss when to let go of your plan, adjust it, or protect it.

Smart Planning in Practice

In this module, you'll experience what promotes focus and what disrupts it. You'll receive practical techniques to work more concentrated, take smarter breaks, and better manage interruptions.

We also look at procrastination. Not as a lack of discipline, but as a signal. You learn to recognize why you postpone certain tasks and which approach helps you get back into action.

Improving Focus and Concentration

Productivity isn't just personal. You collaborate with others, receive requests, respond to messages, and deal with expectations. That's why we focus on communication that helps you work more productively.

You'll practice how to clearly communicate your needs, set boundaries without being rigid, and make agreements that support clarity and focus.

Procrastination: how to overcome it?

We explore how AI can support your productivity. This includes organizing tasks, summarizing information, preparing schedules, structuring texts, or reflecting on priorities.

We also critically examine the downsides: when does AI truly save time, provide clarity, or improve quality, and when does it primarily create extra noise? You'll conclude the training with a personal approach: which techniques, agreements, and tools will you immediately apply in your work?
